We have recently engaged an Ottawa-based web development company called WEBSbyU to do a complete rebuild our CASS website.
Owner-Operators Rudy and Marny Pohl have been web designers and developers for the past 11 years and specialize in creating content management systems, which in lay terms are “user-updatebale websites.”
The Pohls, who come highly recommended and have an impressive client list including the Ottawa Hospital and CAPE, the 3rd largest union in the Canadian Federal Government, have been in discussions with CASS’s Tim Klein since last summer regarding the creation of a new CASS website.
The new CASS site is being constructed in the world’s leading content management system called WordPress. Using WordPress will give our website many important advantages and benefits including stability, security, ease of updating and maintenance by our own CASS webmaster, plus some great functionality and flexibility.
